Experience a more personal approach to mindfulness-based counselling in the peaceful natural surroundings of Yulo Kopa in the Port Macquarie hinterland. These one-to-one sessions combine professional therapeutic support with mindfulness, contemplative practices and insights from Buddhist psychology to support your mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Sessions provide a confidential space to explore difficult emotions, stress, anxiety, grief, life changes, relationships and the patterns of thought and behaviour that can affect how we experience our lives. Through conversation, reflection and practical mindfulness techniques, we work towards greater self-awareness, emotional balance and healthier ways of responding to life's challenges. Each session is shaped around you and what you are experiencing. You do not need to be Buddhist or have any previous experience with meditation or mindfulness. In-person sessions take place at Yulo Kopa, a private nature retreat surrounded by rainforest and bushland in the Port Macquarie hinterland. The setting offers an opportunity to step away from everyday distractions and undertake counselling in a quiet, private and restorative environment.

Booking Policy **For Mindfulness-Based Counselling and Meditation Sessions** Please read and agree to the **Client Information, Consent & Counselling Agreement** before finalising your booking. **Cancellations & Rescheduling** If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least **24 hours’ notice**. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee. **Late Arrivals** If you arrive late, your session may still need to finish at the originally scheduled time. Arrivals more than **20 minutes late** may need to be rescheduled, and a **$25 rescheduling fee** may apply. **Rescheduled Appointments** Where an appointment is rescheduled, the next available suitable appointment will be offered. **Cancellation by Daniel** If Daniel needs to cancel your appointment, you will be offered another appointment as soon as reasonably possible. If you have already paid and an alternative appointment is not suitable, you will receive a full refund.
